Our magnetically coupled agitators are designed to agitate all types of processes.

No dynamic sealing is carried out on the agitator shaft, which on the one hand limits maintenance operations but also allows working up to 500 bar - 450 ° C in complete safety.

Several models are already available with stirring torques ranging from 1 Nm to 6 Nm .

Our design incorporates a rotating guide of the shaft by ceramic bearings up to 1500 rpm, and stainless steel bearings up to 3000 to 4000 rpm. The use of bearings instead of bearings ensures reliable use and without pollution of the process.

Above 300 ° C, it is necessary to use a cooling chamber (optional) which must be supplied by a cryostat or a compressed air circuit.

Our agitators are available in motorized version but can also be delivered in OEM version without motor.

The lengths of the shafts, the connection connection as well as the propellers can be adapted according to the customer's needs.
